Thom Smith, SPHR
With 20 years of experience as a human resource professional, Thom is actively engaged in championing operational excellence in all areas of organizations. He has lead all HR functions for organizations of 300 to 1100 people. And he has provided critical leadership in many key strategic and organizational development activities for multisite initiatives.

• The Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence site assessment team leader and mentor.
• SHRM certification of SPHR and volunteer leader at chapter and state level.

• Training, development, and learning facilitator for many organizations such as BATC Custom Fit, Weber State University, and others.

Is it ever a hassle to get reimbursed for the luncheon fee?

We now offer a pre-pay punch pass for 2010. Pay just once for the remainder of the year. Submit just once for reimbursement from your company, and attend the rest of the year* hassle-free! Punch cards can be purchased throughout the year and not just in January.

These cards can be purchased at the door at any of our monthly meetings. Or contact Wendy Mecham for additional details.

Luncheon admission is $10 for SHRM members, $12 for guests.
