As I look back at all the things that have changed in the last year I can’t help but think where any of us would be without our knowledge, specifically HR knowledge. One of the ways we can increase this knowledge is through networking at our monthly luncheons. I have gained a lot of knowledge through networking and have realized that each of us in the HR field share a lot of similar up and downs. We can draw from the knowledge and experiences our peers have had and apply it to any challenge that might come our way. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge and information I am afforded by all of you as you share your vast knowledge and experiences.

I am excited this year that we will be using this website more than ever before to share some of the important local, state, and national SHRM information that will help you in this important time as an HR professional.  I welcome your feedback and your input.
